   Saffron is native to Greece, Iran, and other southwest Asian countries, and while it’s also grown in western Europe and North America, it’s not grown on Grenada. Nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon are grown on the island and then processed in one of the Caribbean’s biggest spice-processing plants, the West Indies Spice Facility.
