   Since 1703, Mount Gay Rum has continuously operated on Barbados. A tour at its Visitor’s Center in Bridgetown explains how rum is made from sugar cane followed by a tasting. Different varieties of rum, including Eclipse, its flagship brand, and Extra Old, are available for purchase.
